DILSE · Verification
Every record issued on DILSE carries a reference — it looks like PDA-TV-2025-0114. Enter one to see who issued it, to whom, for what, and whether it still stands. No account needed.
Sent a certificate file from DILSE (it ends in .jwt)? Choose it to see whether DILSE signed it, whether anyone changed it since, and whether it still stands. It is checked, not kept.
A reference proves one thing: that an organisation on DILSE put its name to a piece of work at a moment in time. It is not a background check, and it does not say the work was good — only who stood behind it. About DILSE
