The one change

Let readiness be declared in the open, not one introduction at a time.

Look at the second link. Readiness is communicated privately — a proposal, a warm introduction, a meeting someone arranged. Private channels do not aggregate, so as more organisations become ready, the fraction of real demand any single funder can see gets smaller rather than larger.

So funders conclude there is little worth backing, organisations conclude there is little money about, and both are in fact looking at the same shortage of visibility. The loop balances, with capital and readiness in the same country and out of each other’s sight.

Declare readiness in the open and the link changes sign. ₹986 Cr of stated asks is not a longer queue — it is the first honest picture of what this sector could absorb, and it gets truer with every organisation that adds to it.
